Holiday Swap Time

It's holiday swap time!! A bunch of my sweet eBay girlfriends and I are in the midst of our holiday swap. We usually have some sort of gift swap every month and I can honestly say that it's one of the things I look forward to most. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the partner I received was also the same person that got my name!! Yay!
This time I was the lucky recipient of goodies from my sweet friend Jen (aka little*red*wagon). She totally spoiled me!! She was so on top of things, that I got my package almost 2 weeks ago! And I was such a slacker, that she just got her package from me yesterday!

I got the cutest holiday ceramics and glasses. I'm definitely going to have to add more pieces. I totally love them!! The mugs are awesome!



I also got two cute tins filled with cookies and and a beautiful ornament that will go perfectly on my tree, and some fun baking accessories. I'll be using those this weekend! It's cookie-baking time!

I got her, her DH and the kids all matching mugs. I thought they were just the cutest. For me, it seems hard to find kid-sized mugs that are actual mugs and not plastic. It makes them feel so "grown up" LOL! I also got her a Starbucks giftcard (LOVE me some Starbucks), some yummy flavored cocoas, chocolates and best of all - Amy Butler's In Stitches! I don't have this book and was thumbing through it and LOVED it!! It's on my Christmas wishlist. Amy Butler is one of my favorites!

Jen and I got to meet this summer, while we were on our way to Yellowstone. We had the best time together. Our kids (including husbands), all got along so well. So, it was such a treat to get her as my swap partner. I hope she enjoys everything!

Just Listed

I just listed a bunch of cute, holiday-themed mini gift card wallets and matching checkbook covers on eBay and in my Etsy shop. I've also listed some gift certificates for my Etsy shop.

It's Over! Now the Fun Begins!

Halloween is over! We had such a great time. The weather was the nicest it has ever been for Trick or Treating. No rain!

I was so proud of myself for making my first complete costume! Peyton was Alice in Wonderland. She was so excited that the dress came out extra twirly and poofy! And Wyett was an elephant for the second year in a row! I couldn't convince him of anything else. Not even a race car driver!! He insisted on being the elephant - again! Luckily, it just barely fit. This little elephant costume has gone through both kids now. Peyton wore it when she was 3 and now Wyett has worn it twice!

Next on my list is planning a birthday party. Seven already??!! Now the fun begins!
